Isabelle Sanson

Born in 1985, Isabelle Sanson is a graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy and Columbia University in New York. She began her career in consulting in England and France, notably in the nuclear and pharmaceutical sectors.
 

She then joined the SNCF Group in 2014, first at SNCF Réseau and since 2020 at SNCF Voyageurs. Her career alternates between positions in production and strategy.
 

She began her career as a traffic agent and in operational management at the Etablissement Infrastructure Circulation. During her career, she also worked on a Group program to ensure on-time train departures (HOO), and led industrial optimization work for Transilien in the context of opening up to competition.
 

Since June 2022, she has been Traction Production Site Manager on line C. She led her team to significantly improve employee commitment and safety, and to successfully implement transformation projects, in liaison with social partners.
