Lucile Quessart

Director of Human Resources, SNCF Voyageurs

Lucile Quessart joined SNCF in 1994, and has held a number of important operational and strategic positions in all passenger transport activities. She was Operations Director for Paris Montparnasse and Director of TGV Atlantique services from 2008 to 2011, then Director of the TER Alsace contract until 2014.

From 2015, she was Director of Transformation at SNCF Voyageurs, where she led, among other things, the organizational evolution from a business logic to an activity logic.

Since May 2016, she has managed the Transilien L, J and RER A lines, where, in conjunction with the organizing authority Ile-de-France Mobilités (IDFM) and internal and external partners, she has led numerous transformation projects enabling a clear increase in operational performance, while strengthening team commitment.
