Luggage delivery

We'll pick up your belongings wherever and whenever you want, and deliver them to the address of your choice.

• You can book the service via our website, by calling 3635 #41 (no surcharge) or at SNCF stations and stores up to midday on the day before the collection day!
• We collect and deliver your baggage wherever you want. An upstairs option is available if you live in an apartment.
• We take care of your suitcases, strollers (ultra-compact), skis, wheelchairs and bicycles.
• Your luggage is delivered the very next day.
• They are packed to protect them during transport.

There are three ways to book your service:

• on the website,
• in SNCF stations and stores, where you can place your order and pay online, then call 3635 #41 to discuss your order with a member of staff.
• or by telephone, on 3635 #41 to place an order with a telephone advisor (call not surcharged).
